The Edge will be hosting a Women's Football Clinic on Saturday March 18th from 12:00pm-1:30pm. The clinic is free and you don't need a membership to 24 Hour Fitness to attend. Edge players and coaches will be there to show you the basics of playing football, you'll even get to run through some drills. Wear workout clothes and tennis/running shoes. Join some of the Edge players for the upcoming Team Sports Day at the Science Factory on Saturday March 18th from 12:00pm-4:00pm. Bring the whole team, club, troop, pack or gaggle and get into the action as you explore the science of sports! Test your athletic endurance at the Sportsology exhibits, join in the team relays and meet local sports personalities. All teams, clubs, scout troops, or other groups that come together in uniform save $1 off admission per person.

The Eugene Edge have started preparations for the 2006 season. Women over the age of 18 that are interested in joining the team are encouraged to come out to a practice. Football is a great way to get into shape, meet new people, learn a new sport, and have fun doing it. Visit new player page for more information.
